Great Night
I thought this would be a great post to come back on…
What a fantastic evening. Tonight, Access Church celebrated with four in our family as they publicly proclaimed that Jesus is their Lord and Savior and that they had a personal relationship with Him. What made this even better was that they shared their stories and then were baptized in a public symbol right in the ocean
As the waves crashed around them, one of my colleagues and I noted that this was probably very similar to how it was done in the New Testament. No tanks, no still calm waters. Just the mighty ocean of God’s creation as far as the eye could see and a small community on the beach watching four of its own get wet as a sign.
What a great night. Here’s two pictures from the fun. One beforehand showing how great portable church can be (we got to setup right off the beach). The second is the parade to the water.
